This patch adds replay capabilities to test-mtdev.
If the specified device points to a valid evemu file,
the device properties will be extracted from that file
instead. Any appended event data will be replayed in
realtime. In practise, test-mtdev can be executed with
a test file.

The .txt files where missing from the tarball, such that the
manpage could not be regenerated.

The per-touch velocity is useful in many contexts. This patch
adds a simple estimator of the velocity, which also smooths out
position jumps caused by course-grained event updates.

This patchs adds optional XI2.1 support to utouch-frame. The
utouch/frame-xi2.h header contains helper functions equivalent
to utouch/frame-mtdev.h. In addition, the device-to-screen mapping
is handled via XEvents and optionally XIPropertyEvent. The latter
allows free device placement via xinput set-prop, useful in multi-
head setups, thanks to Chase Douglas. Touch frame events can be tested
using the utouch-frame-test-xi2 tool. Use --with-xi to enable.

The current code erroneously extracts the device properties from
the evemu device, when there is a utouch surface structure to read
from. Remedied with this patch.
