This is the archeological HTCd, a dynamic web server and mailing list
system we used at Chalmers for roughly ten years, starting back in the
nineties.
1. Compile the server
cd src
make
make install
cd ..
2. Run the test user on port 5555
HTCHOME=. ./bin/htcd ./user 5555 1
The server is now available at localhost:5555/
3. Stop the server
HTCHOME=. ./bin/htcd ./user 5555 -1
